[miso-users] HG38 gtf file

Hi,
I want to run MISO on hg38 genome mappings. I want to do exon-centric
analysis.

I have hg38.gtf file from ensembl.
Questions:
1. Can MISO handle replicates for 2 different conditions?
2. How can I make event files from hg38.gtf file?
